Information you choose to submit
Inquiry and quote forms collect the contact details, business information and requirements that you provide. Career applications also collect application details and an uploaded PDF resume. Optional fields can be left blank.
Please do not send passwords, financial account credentials, patient information or other confidential records through public website forms.
How submissions are used
Information is used to review and respond to the request or application. Submissions are stored in the website’s private administration system and notification emails are sent to the configured Digital Sarathi inquiry recipients. Authorized administrators can review and manage these records.
Retention and your requests
Contact business@digitalsarathi.com.np to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. The company should assess the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations. A final internal retention schedule must be approved by Digital Sarathi before launch; this notice does not invent a retention period.
Essential cookies and security
The site uses an essential session cookie for forms, security and administration. Security rate limits use a keyed hash of the connecting network address. Application content and resume files are not intentionally written to diagnostic logs.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics is disabled until the site operator configures it. When configured, it loads only after the visitor accepts analytics. Event tracking excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages and resume content. You can change your analytics preference using the footer control.
External services
WhatsApp, email, phone and approved external profile links open services outside this website. Those services handle information under their own policies. No social profile is published until an approved URL is supplied.
